PodVetter Terms of Service

1. The Service

PodVetter is a professional podcast matchmaking platform that connects podcast hosts, guests, and the companies that manage them. The Service includes profile creation, member discovery, matching, messaging, and profile verification. PodVetter is provided by PodVetter.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. PodVetter All-Access Subscription & Billing

• PodVetter offers a single membership plan, “PodVetter All-Access,” at $8.99 (USD) per month.
• The subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel it.
• Payment is processed by Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). PodVetter stores your subscription status, not your full card details.
• You authorize recurring monthly charges of $8.99 until your subscription is canceled.
• Taxes, if applicable, are added to the charge where required by law.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, no further charges are made, and your All-Access access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of that period. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard or by contacting hello@podvetter.com.

5. Billing Questions

If you believe you were charged in error, or have any billing concern, contact hello@podvetter.com and we will review your request.

6. Profiles & Content

You own the content you add to your PodVetter profile. You grant PodVetter a limited license to display that content within the Service (including public profile pages) for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for having the rights to any media or links you add.

7. Conduct

You agree to use PodVetter professionally and lawfully. Your use is also governed by our Safety Guidelines and Community Guidelines. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Verification

PodVetter may verify select profiles and display a verification badge. Verification reflects PodVetter’s review at a point in time and is not a guarantee or endorsement. We may remove a badge or suspend a profile if information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. PodVetter may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

10. The Service Is Provided “As Is”

PodVetter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PodVetter disclaims warranties and limits its liability for damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
