Last updated: August 23, 2026
These guidelines set the standard for how members behave on PodVetter.
Be Professional & Respectful
Engage with other members the way you would in a professional workplace. Disagreements happen — keep them respectful.
No Harassment or Hate
We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination of any kind. See our Safety Guidelines for how to report it.
Be Accurate
- Represent yourself and your podcast or expertise truthfully in your profile.
- Don’t fabricate credentials, audience numbers, or past appearances.
No Spam or Pitch Abuse
Send genuine, relevant pitches and messages. Don’t mass-blast members or send repetitive, unsolicited contact.
No Impersonation
Don’t impersonate another person, podcast, or company, and don’t create a profile for someone without their permission (except as a verified company managing a roster on their behalf).
Enforcement
Violations may lead to content removal, loss of verification, or account suspension. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from PodVetter.
